Senior Event Planner

Melora Greens is a Dubai-based premium floral startup with a clear growth vision, to become a leading name in high-impact floral styling and event execution across the UAE.

We specialize in large-scale rose arrangements, refined bouquet collections, and bespoke event florals. Our approach combines creative direction with operational discipline, allowing us to scale without compromising quality.

We are building an events division designed for growth, and we are looking for a commercially minded, detail-obsessed Senior Event Planner to help lead that expansion.

This is not a coordination-only role. You will be responsible for building and scaling the events arm of Melora Greens, from client acquisition and concept development to flawless execution and post-event review.

• Lead end-to-end planning of premium events (corporate activations, weddings, private functions, seasonal showcases)
• Conduct high-level client consultations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Develop elevated event concepts aligned with brand positioning
• Prepare structured proposals including mood boards, floral concepts, budgets, timelines, and logistics breakdowns
• Build and manage vendor relationships (venues, staging, lighting, catering, production)
• Negotiate contracts and maintain healthy profit margins
• Oversee full event setup and execution on-site
• Manage timelines, manpower allocation, and risk mitigation
• Track performance metrics and contribute to revenue growth strategy

• 2+ years experience in event planning (UAE experience preferred)
• Proven track record handling premium or high-budget events
• Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Established vendor network in Dubai is a strong advantage
• Strong commercial mindset - understands margins, upselling, and scalability
