Apparel Designer

We are hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients, a growing active wear and team apparel brand. They are looking for a hands‑on and execution‑focused Apparel Designer to manage ongoing design operations across apparel, uniforms, and team kits during a fixed‑term assignment.

This role is centered around delivery, coordination, and approvals, working closely with internal teams, production partners, and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Client operates in a fast‑paced startup environment, making this opportunity ideal for someone confident in managing end‑to‑end design workflows independently with minimal supervision.

• Manage day‑to‑day design requirements across active wear, uniforms, and team kits.
• Create and review CADs, mockups, colourways, and logo placements.
• Coordinate sampling, revisions, and final design approvals.
• Act as the primary design point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure design timelines align with production and launch schedules.
• Review artwork for accuracy and production readiness before bulk manufacturing.
• Support marketing and sales teams with design decks and visual assets as required.

• Proven experience in apparel, active wear, or sportswear design.
• Strong understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, branding, and production processes.
• Experience working directly with manufacturers and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage feedback, approvals, and follow‑ups efficiently.
• Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset suited to a startup environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• Experience creating production‑ready CADs and artwork files.

Full project handover will be provided prior to commencement.
