Pluspoint Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through visuals, a strong sense of design, and hands-on experience editing compelling video content for digital platforms. You will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through impactful editing that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.

• Edit raw video footage into polished final outputs for marketing, projects, branding, internal communication, and social media
• Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with campaign strategies
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, transitions, voiceovers, and effects as needed
• Maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all video content
• Manage post-production tasks, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and basic animation
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging
• Organize and archive video assets systematically for easy access and reuse

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, media house, or in-house content team
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt to feedback quickly
• Attention to detail and a strong creative vision
• A portfolio showcasing your best work (must be included with the application)
