• Responsible for the design process from pitch through project completion, including concept development/design
• Provide design direction and structural advice to the immediate design team
• Interrogate the brief, and scoping of the project and allocate the necessary resources
• Support the sales process by participating in new business pitches, working alongside colleagues from the creative / design / strategic/technical departments to develop strategy and creative pitches
• Coach and oversee junior team members on the execution of all individual job details in your remit
• Understand client's business, strategy, and business issues and help design effective solutions that address the business need, with message and design aligned, appropriate and on brand
• Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
• Ensure the agency's creative process is followed and embraced
• Collaborate with other members of the team to drive forward the creative process
• Ensure clear communication to all parties regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget and schedules

• 5-7 years of experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of 2D Graphic Creation/Branding and graphic software including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of 3d Modelling/Rendering software including 3ds Max/Vray, Corona, including Sketchup/ AutoCAD and graphic software including Photoshop and Illustrator.
