We are seeking a Part-Time 3D Artist / Game Developer / Digital Experience Designer to join our on-site team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a versatile creative who thrives at the intersection of 3D art, real-time engines, game development, and digital experiences. You will help build immersive worlds, interactive content, and visually striking assets across games, music-driven projects, and experimental productions.

• Create high-quality 3D models, characters, environments, and assets
• Manage texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and optimization workflows
• Develop and integrate assets within Unreal Engine and other real-time platforms
• Contribute to game development and immersive interactive experiences
• Collaborate closely with creative leadership and production teams
• Support UI/UX design for games and digital products where applicable
• Ensure strong visual storytelling and technical performance

• Strong proficiency in Blender
• Experience with Houdini (procedural workflows, simulations, VFX)
• Knowledge of Substance Painter / Designer
• Familiarity with ZBrush (plus)
• Experience with Marvelous Designer (plus)

• Strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine (preferred)
• Familiarity with Unity (plus)

• Understanding of UI/UX principles for interactive experiences
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

• Strong artistic eye and technical execution
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate in a creative, fast-paced environment

• Passion for hip-hop culture, music-driven visuals, and storytelling
• Understanding of Arab/Emirati/regional culture and aesthetics
• Interest in blending heritage with futuristic technology
