The Role

We are seeking a Personal Brand Content Creator to work closely with our CEO to document and share the SUMWON STUDIOS journey. This role will capture the excitement of brand launches, creative milestones, and the everyday realities of building a global fashion business.

You will take full ownership of this role, developing a clear approach to how the CEO’s story is shared both internally and externally. You will help craft authentic and inspiring narratives that reflect the energy, ambition, and creativity behind the business.

This position will also involve a strategic PR focus, identifying opportunities to position the CEO as a thought leader through interviews, features, podcasts, and speaking engagements that align with the company’s vision and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to plan, capture, and produce engaging personal and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative concepts that reflect the CEO’s personality, leadership journey, and the brand’s mission.
• Capture real-time moments from key meetings, shoots, events, and product launches.
• Take ownership of the overall strategy for CEO-led content and ensure it aligns with wider business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging.
• Lead strategic PR initiatives to identify and secure media and partnership opportunities that enhance the CEO’s visibility.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience creating personal content for high-profile or high-net-worth individuals.
• A strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual communication.
• Excellent filming, editing, and post-production skills with a creative and agile approach.
• Confidence to take initiative and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• A genuine passion for entrepreneurship, fashion, and creative storytelling.
