Senior Content Creator (Photographer / Videographer)

Liv Squared Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Content Creator (Photographer / Videographer) to support its secondary market residential portfolio in Dubai. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality photography, videography, and digital content that accurately represents resale properties and supports the company’s marketing and sales objectives.

The position requires strong technical capability, sound judgment on site, and experience working with completed, lived-in properties. This role is not focused on Off-Plan or developer-led content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior photography for secondary-market residential properties.
• Produce and edit professional property videos, including walkthroughs, lifestyle-led content, and drone footage where applicable.
• Apply advanced lighting, composition, and camera techniques to enhance real spaces without misrepresentation.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure consistency with company standards and brand guidelines.
• Deliver video content with clean structure, balanced audio, and professional post-production.
• Work closely with agents and the Marketing team to understand property positioning and target buyer profiles.
• Manage and contribute to the company’s social media content in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Implement visual content across property portals, digital advertising campaigns, websites, and social platforms.
• Ensure all visual output aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Maintain production quality and efficiency across multiple assignments.
• Provide and maintain professional photography and videography equipment suitable for commercial use.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience as a photographer/videographer, with a focus on secondary-market real estate.
• Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, exposure, and camera systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Experience producing and editing real estate video content.
• Familiarity with virtual staging or 3D tours is an advantage.
• Knowledge of residential communities across Dubai.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a professional approach when working with agents and internal teams.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
