Production Editor

Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Production/ Video Editor to join their marketing agency team. This role sits at the heart of content creation, supporting social media, digital campaigns, brand films, and performance-driven content across multiple clients and industries.

You will work closely with creative, social, and performance teams to bring ideas to life through compelling, well-paced, and platform-optimized video content.

• Edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations
• Produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and paid media
• Apply strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design to enhance content impact
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Adapt and resize content for multiple formats and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and follow agency workflows
• Apply feedback efficiently while maintaining creative quality

• 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
• Solid understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices
• Experience editing for performance marketing and paid media is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively
• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Motion graphics and basic animation skills
• Experience with content for real estate, lifestyle, FMCG, or digital brands
• Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing
• Familiarity with Cap Cut or mobile-first editing tools
