Senior Videographer

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Videographer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is not a basic videography role. We are looking for a Senior-level visual storyteller who can operate independently and deliver cinematic, high-end content for CEO and all One Link brands.
The Senior Videographer will oversee video production from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s branding and messaging. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating shoots, operating cameras, setting up lighting for optimal video quality, and collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling video content. The role demands a professional with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Video Production and Shooting Video, ensuring high production values and attention to detail
- Experience with Camera Operation and Camera management for professional-grade content
- Capture cinematic video across founder content, luxury properties, supercars, corporate events, lifestyle and brand campaigns
- Lead on-set execution including lighting, composition, sound and multi-camera setups
- Translate creative direction into strong visual output and also suggest creative concepts proactively
- Collaborate closely with the video editor and motion graphics designer
- Shoot with social-first awareness (vertical framing, hooks, pacing for retention)
- Strong skills in Lighting setup and techniques for various shooting environments
- Knowledge of video editing software and post-production processes is a plus
- Familiarity with industry trends and tools to produce innovative and engaging content
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in filming corporate or professional content is advantageous
- Proven experience working with premium or luxury brands
- Strong command of cinema cameras (Sony FX series, RED, Canon C-series or equivalent)
- Advanced understanding of lighting, codecs, frame rates, log profiles, and cinematic color pipelines
- Experience shooting automotive motion, interiors, lifestyle, and founder-led narratives
- Strong visual taste and ability to explain creative decisions, not just execute technically
