Key Responsibilities
* Own creative direction across social, digital campaigns, content, video, and branding.
* Ensure all work meets agreed creative standards and brand guidelines.
* Lead ideation for key campaigns, content strategies, and new business pitches.
* Guide teams from concept through execution and delivery.
* Provide clear direction, feedback, and creative guidance to the team.
* Present ideas and creative rationales to clients confidently.## Requirements
* 8+ years experience in creative agencies (digital, social, or integrated).
* Previous experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Art Director.
* Strong conceptual thinking and visual direction.
* Solid understanding of social platforms, content formats, and digital best practices.
