Freelance Content Creator

We are seeking a Freelance Content Creator to join our team at McCann Content Studios - Dubai.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content that brings the brand’s story to life across digital and social platforms. Working closely with the social media team, content lead, and creative partners, you will ideate, plan, capture, produce, and deliver compelling photo and video content aligned with brand guidelines and creative direction—particularly within fast-paced, automotive-focused campaigns.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for brand campaigns, social media, experiential activations, interviews, and events
• Conceptualize, plan, and produce social-first video and visual content
  , ensuring platform-native execution
• Collaborate closely with the social media team and content lead to execute creative vision accurately and consistently
• Lead on-ground shoots, managing all video and photography elements in line with brand and campaign guidelines
• Plan, organize, and manage internal and external production equipment for shoots (studio and on-location)
• Edit, package, and deliver all video and photography assets for final use across platforms
• Maintain proper footage management and hygiene
  , ensuring all raw files and rushes are backed up and stored correctly on hard drives and DAM systems
• Ensure quality control across all content deliverables
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand look, feel, and visual identity
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within tight agency timelines
• Stay up to date with the latest production, post-production tools, trends, and technologies
  , and recommend enhancements where relevant

• ✔3–5 years of experience in photography and videography for brands, agencies, or production environments
• ✔Strong hands-on expertise with cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and support accessories
• ✔Proficient in Premiere Pro
  , After Effects
  , Photoshop
  , and Illustrator, latest AI tools integrated within your workflow.
• ✔Experience producing content in fast-paced, high-pressure agency environments
• ✔Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
• ✔Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• ✔Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ✔Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt across multiple projects simultaneously
