About the roleAs a Marketing Associate, you will shape Alaan’s social presence across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and upcoming channels. You will be on the ground capturing real moments, creating scroll-stopping content, and helping build a brand that finance professionals across the region love and engage with.
This is a hands-on content creation role suited for someone who lives on social media, thinks in trends and hooks, and can shoot and edit videos on the go.
What you'll do- Create short-form videos, reels, and stories for Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat
- Capture on-ground content at events, customer visits, office days, product shoots, and everyday team moments
- Edit videos quickly using mobile editing apps like Cap Cut, VN, or similar
- Identify trends early and adapt them for Alaan’s tone and audience
- Build and maintain a weekly content calendar with the marketing team
- Repurpose longer content (interviews, webinars, events) into bite‑sized clips
- Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas, fast edits, and on‑site content
- Engage with the finance and startup community across platforms through comments, DMs, and creator interactions
- Collaborate with the design and campaigns team to bring larger storytelling ideas to life
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong shooting and editing skills (phone‑first creators welcome)
- Deep understanding of social trends across UAE and KSA
- Ability to create quality video content independently and at speed
- Comfortable being in fast‑paced environments, capturing content in real time
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Contribute to building the Middle East’s most beloved fintech brand from the ground up
