Event Specialist Emarati TALENT

A leading organization in Dubai is looking for an Event Specialist [ Emarati Talent ] to carry many responsibilities which directly influence the organization’s commercial success.

Responsibilities :

• Planning, management and operation of medium/high scale events assigned.
• Enhance engagement in the community as well as planning and overseeing the community service programs.
• Supervise all community programs/events as well as preparing all required and ad hoc reports related to the operation of the unit.
• Establish and maintain a database for volunteers to ensure that programs are of good quality and that resources are used effectively.
• Provide direct service and support community.
• Establish and maintain ties with other external stakeholders to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated.
• Organize activities for staff members and volunteers to enrich the community file.
• Research and analyze community service needs to determine program directions and goals.
• Represent organization in governmental and private events, SPORT EVENTS, and gatherings.
• Preparing the event requirements through the Event
• Plan for each allocated event, detailing client product and service orders and other requirements, as discussed.

As one of the key representatives, a full range of skills are required to ensure continued customer satisfaction and profitability of the operations.

• Prior experience in Festivals, Events & Exhibitions is a must
• Responsible for managing all bookings related to sponsors, bulk bookings & maintaining the booking system
