Content Creator, Content Writer ​/ Copywriter

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker’s, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa and Kumo.

We are looking for a passionate Content Creator to join our Creative team and help tell the story of our hospitality brands. In this role, you will be dedicated to a specific brand, producing high-quality, food-centric content designed to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms. If you have a deep love for the culinary world and a knack for creating visual stories that resonate, you will play a vital part in bringing our brand identity to life.

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content tailored for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative content pillars that align with the brand’s voice.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of posts across all platforms.
• Capture the essence of the dining experience, from food preparation and plating to guest atmosphere.
• Monitor community engagement and platform analytics to refine and improve future content strategies.
