Graphic Designer -Hospitality
Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for a Graphic Designer specializing in the hospitality sector for our client in Abu Dhabi. This unique role offers the opportunity to create engaging and visually stunning designs tailored specifically for the hospitality industry. As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing materials that enhance the guest experience and elevate our brand's presence in a competitive market.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with marketing and hospitality teams to design promotional materials, signage, digital assets, and other visual content that not only showcases our services but also resonates with our diverse audience. Your creative vision will help shape our brand identity and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with kitchen artists and event planners to understand design concepts, themes, and requirements for custom cakes and event stage setups.
- Create unique cake and party stage designs, including digital mockups, 3D models, and visual presentations.
- Develop creative themed designs for various events such as birthdays and special celebrations.
- Work closely with bakers and decoration teams to ensure accurate execution of designs with high quality standards.
- Prepare detailed design plans and specifications for cake creations and stage installations.
- Stay updated on current design trends, event styling concepts, and cake decoration techniques.
- Maintain an organized library of design templates, past projects, and creative assets.
- Ensure all designs are functional, safe, and suitable for the event environment.
- Provide professional recommendations on design improvements, materials, and decorative techniques.
- Review and revise designs based on management feedback and changing event requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on hospitality design being a strong advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience and creativity in hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies specific to the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective designs.
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in hospitality design.
- Must be readily available in UAE
Salary: AED8,000 to AED
11,000 plus accommodation and other benefits as per UAE law.
