As a Real Estate Videographer, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our properties through captivating video content. Your work will contribute to enhancing our brand image, attracting potential buyers, and engaging clients. You’ll collaborate closely with real estate agents, homeowners, and other team members to create high-quality videos that highlight the unique features of our listings. Responsibilities- Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, virtual tours, client testimonials, agent profiles, and promotional content. Use professional equipment (such as cameras, stabilizers, and drones) to create visually appealing videos. - Editing and Post-Production:
Handle all post-production, including editing, sound design, color correction, and adding graphics or special effects as needed. Ensure videos align with the company’s branding guidelines. Optimize video content for various platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website. - Collaboration:
Work closely with real estate agents during property shoots. Interact with homeowners to ensure their comfort during filming. Coordinate schedules and meet daily deadlines. - Drone Footage:
Capture aerial views of properties using drones (if applicable). Highlight property landscapes, views, and nearby amenities. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure video content meets high standards of quality, clarity, and creativity. Continuously improve videography skills and stay updated on industry trends. - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Collaboration with Agents and Marketing Team:
Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule photo shoots. Provide input on staging and presentation to optimize visual appeal. - Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and calibrate videography equipment (camera, lenses, tripod, etc.). - Ensure gear is in excellent working condition for each assignment.
- Proficiency in videography, video editing software (Adobe), and equipment.
- Experience in real estate videography is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in video capturing equipment, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Strong knowledge of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Be available for multiple shoots a week (schedule managed by the receptionist).
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines.
- Is punctual for shoots that are scheduled in advance and has the ability to communicate well about the ETA.
- Team player and eager to learn about our company and its marketing processes.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
