Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with proven experience in the real estate sector to create high-impact visual content that drives lead generation, performance marketing, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate has a strong ability to translate property features, investment value, and lifestyle messaging into compelling motion graphics optimized for digital and paid media platforms.
This role collaborates closely with marketing managers, media buyers, videographers, and content teams to deliver creative assets that achieve measurable performance results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce motion graphics and animations for real estate marketing campaigns, including:
- Social media ads (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Snapchat)
- Property launch videos
- Off‑plan project presentations
- Investment‑focused explainer videos
- Event and roadshow promotions
Animate and visualize:
- Floor plans, master plans, maps, and location highlights
- Price breakdowns, payment plans, ROI, rental yields, and key USPs
- Text overlays, callouts, transitions, and animated infographics
Create short‑form, performance‑driven video content optimized for:
- 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
- High CTR and low CPL objectives
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align creatives with campaign goals
- Collaborate with videographers and editors to enhance raw footage using motion elements
- Partner with content writers to visually translate scripts, hooks, and messaging
- Adapt and localize creatives for different markets and languages when required
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Optimize motion assets based on performance data (CTR, watch time, CPL)
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all motion graphics and campaigns
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects (Mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Solid understanding of:
- Typography animation
- Transitions, easing, and visual storytelling
- Color grading fundamentals and composition
- Exporting and optimizing videos for paid media platforms
- Prior experience working with real estate brokers, developers, or property marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of:
- Off‑plan vs. secondary market properties
- Investor vs. end‑user messaging
- Real estate KPIs such as ROI, payment plans, handover timelines, and location value
- Experience creating creatives specifically for lead generation campaigns
- Exposure to luxury and high‑end real estate branding
- Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and fast turnaround cycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrating real estate motion graphics is mandatory for application.
