• Create, shoot, and edit property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, and market updates
• Manage and grow Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms
• Design engaging posts, stories, carousels, and thumbnails
• Increase followers and engagement using trends, hashtags, and reel formats
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
• Analyze insights and optimize performance
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends
• Collaborate with sales teams, agents, influencers, and marketing partners

• Shoot high-quality videos (DSLR/mirrorless or mobile)
• Edit short and long-form content using Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions

• 6 Months – 1 year of social media/content experience in Dubai (real estate preferred)
• Strong portfolio of reels, videos, or managed pages
• Knowledge of Instagram algorithms and growth strategies
• Creative, independent, and strong communicator
• Understanding of Dubai’s real estate audience
