Design Leadership

Lead the design team in producing high-quality, engaging visuals for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and marketing collateral.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting priorities, deadlines, and clear goals to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

Uphold and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual experience across all channels.

Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies.

Review and approve all creative assets to ensure high standards are met before final delivery.

Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop visuals that drive engagement and effectively communicate our brand’s message.

A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding, and creative storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience with Figma or other UI design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and visual storytelling.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
