Job Overview

Wellington Developments is looking for aPhotographer & Social Media Manager who can capture high-quality real estate content during agent briefings, site visits, and company activities, and publish engaging content on social mediathe same day.

This role requires someone who understandsvisual storytelling, speed, and social media trends, not just photography.

Key Responsibilities Photography & Videography
  • Capture professional photos and videos during:
  • Agent briefings
  • Property site visits
  • Events, meetings, and launches
  • Ensure images and videos reflect a
    premium real estate brand image
  • Handle indoor and outdoor shoots with proper lighting and composition
Content Editing
  • Edit photos and videos quickly for same-day publishing
  • Maintain consistent color grading and brand style
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
Social Media Management
  • Upload content on company social media platforms
    on the same day
  • Write basic captions, hashtags, and location tags relevant to real estate
  • Coordinate with agents and marketing team for content planning
  • Maintain posting consistency and content quality
Trend Awareness
  • Stay updated with:
  • Instagram & Facebook trends
  • Reel formats, transitions, and hooks
  • Real estate content trends in UAE
  • Suggest new content ideas to improve reach and engagement
