Job Title: Graphic Designer - Ladieswear

Location: Dubai

Reporting To: Senior Designer

Position Objective:

Develop seasonal placement/all-over prints based on thorough trend and competitive research and overall creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, interpret and apply market trends appropriate to the brand/ target customer
• Manage development of placement/all-over prints for Ladieswear
• Be able to develop both screen and digital/sublimation prints
• Work closely with the Department Head on seasonal direction
• Be actively involved in trend presentations
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams
• Plan and execute seasonal print requirements in a fast-paced environment, as per the set critical path

Basic Qualifications: A minimum of a BA Qualification in Fashion Design.

Experience

Required:

4-6 years of proven professional experience in a similar role.

Skills and Capabilities:

• A minimum of a BA Qualification in Print Design/ Textile Design/ Fine Arts/ Graphic Design or a similar degree
• 2-5 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
• Have a strong eye for color, graphics and prints
• Have a good knowledge of graphic and print techniques
• Team player with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills (in English)
• Ability to manage seasonal deadlines
• Excellent ability to sketch and render in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Previous experience on DTR/License Graphic Design will be an added advantage
