About the Job:

MRM Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Digital Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for designing and producing digital advertising, email marketing assets, social media content, and other digital content for our global Automotive client. The position requires a strong understanding of digital techniques, motion graphics, industry standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital marketing assets including emails, digital collateral, social media content, GIF animations, and cinema graphs.
• Provide technical support for design and video-related projects.
• Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively excellent, delivered on time, and within budget.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Review work to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with other teams to create a unified brand look and feel.
• Work with developers to ensure interactive best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of professional experience in a design agency, in-house team, or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat) in a MAC environment.
• Experience in video and motion graphics, especially with After Effects.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of interactive communication, UI/UX, and user-interface design.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong art direction, graphic design, and moving image skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of photo manipulation and retouching.
• Knowledge of Figma and responsive design strategies is advantageous.
