AHS, a premier developer in the luxury real estate market, is seeking a highly experienced Luxury Real Estate Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. In this strategic role, you will lead design projects that effectively communicate the essence of our brand and showcase our exquisite properties. Your expertise in luxury branding and graphic design will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts forward.

• Design Leadership
  • Lead the creative direction for graphic design projects, ensuring all outputs reflect AHS’s luxurious brand identity.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and maintain design excellence.
• Creative Development
  • Design compelling marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, digital media, and social media content that showcase our luxury properties.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop innovative design concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Brand Maintenance
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design platforms while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Develop and enforce design guidelines and best practices to protect and evolve the AHS brand.
• Project Management
  • Manage multiple complex design projects from concept to delivery, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Trend Analysis & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and relevant.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions that elevate the AHS brand and engage high-net-worth audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on luxury branding and real estate
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A robust portfolio that showcases high-quality design work, particularly in luxury or lifestyle markets
• Exceptional creativity, vision, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to various stakeholders
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and UI/UX principles is preferred
• Understanding of print production processes and experience managing print projects
