Job Purpose:

The Senior Event Operations Executive will lead and manage the operational delivery of events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to post‑event closure. This role requires strong leadership, vendor management expertise, and the ability to handle complex, large‑scale events with minimal supervision.

• Lead end‑to‑end event operations, including planning, logistics, on‑ground execution, and post‑event reporting.
• Oversee event budgets, timelines, and operational plans.
• Manage and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and production partners.
• Supervise on‑ground teams, freelancers, and contractors during events.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges in real time.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain brand standards and quality control across all events.
• Coordinate closely with editorial, sales, marketing, and client servicing teams.
• Prepare post‑event evaluations, cost reconciliations, and operational reports.
• Approach tasks with a proactive attitude to get the job done.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in event operations, preferably managing large‑scale or multi‑day events.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and event days.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event/project management tools.
