About

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager & Content Creator to manage the social content across the Beauty & Wellbeing category. The role covers brands across Instagram and Tik Tok, hunting for “golden nugget” opportunities daily, planning monthly and yearly content calendars, and engaging communities.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Listen and respond to relevant consumer comments and questions.
  • Provide on‑brand responses to influencer and consumer mentions.
  • Identify opportunities for the brand to surprise and delight its audience.
  • Spot product seeding opportunities with influencers/creators.
  • Track trending topics and monitor feeds for cultural injection.
  • Write copy for organic posts and paid/dark content.
  • Ideate creative content that taps into trends and audience passions.
  • Liaise with clients to gather feedback and approval on content.
  • Schedule content to go live across social channels.
  • Create engaging brand‑led content and support brief development.
  • Support development of social channel strategy work streams.
  • Plan and create social content calendars.
  • Present content ideas to clients.
What You Need To Be Great In This Role
  • At least 2–3 years of experience working in an agency or client‑side brand marketing through social media.
  • Level‑headed, strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Creative flair, great written communications and excellent copywriting.
  • Nuanced knowledge of social platforms and how brands can leverage them for commercial results.
  • Keen interest in digital trends and popular culture.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinkler, Tribe.
  • Measurement and reporting skills.
  • Content creation proficiency.
  • Proactive, structured and agile approach.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • English and Arabic fluency (both written and verbal) is a must.
