Job Title: Designer – Artwork

Department: Marketing / Branding / Production Support

Reports To: Head of Department

The Designer – Artwork is responsible for creating, developing, and finalizing all artwork-related designs, including product labels, packaging, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives. The role ensures accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with printing and production requirements.

• Design and develop product artwork such as labels, packaging, cans, cartons, and stickers
• Prepare print-ready files as per supplier and production specifications
• Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and technical standards
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and QA teams for artwork approvals
• Modify and revise artwork based on internal feedback or customer requirements
• Maintain proper version control and artwork records
• Support marketing activities with brochures, catalogues, presentations, and digital creatives
• Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure correct output and colour accuracy
• Ensure timely completion of artwork to meet production schedules

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, colour management, and file formats
• Understanding of packaging materials and label design
• High attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in artwork design, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors

• Experience in oil, lubricant, chemical, or industrial product artwork
• Familiarity with barcode placement, regulatory text, MSDS-related visuals, and multilingual labels

• Office-based role with coordination across departments
• Occasional urgent artwork support aligned with production schedules

• Monthly salary:
  AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on knowledge & experience)
• Bachelor accommodation with kitchen facility
