We are looking for a strategic creative talent who can bridge David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s institutional power. The role combines brand architecture, content creation, and production leadership across multiple platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Linked In).

• Architect the “Dual-Brand” strategy, building a symbiotic relationship between the personal and company brand.
• Propose radical new concepts (documentaries, reality shows, short-form videos) that challenge the self‑help industry.
• Define sharp editorial lines for each platform:
  Depth & Search for You Tube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for Linked In.
• Own content production end‑to‑end: scripting, storyboarding, hiring creative talent, ensuring final cuts meet Paradox standards.
• Coordinate with the Head of Growth to produce conversion‑focused assets for paid advertising.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, retention) and iterate quickly.
• Lead and inspire the internal content team (video editors, graphic designers, factory manager) to maintain high‑quality standards.

• Proven experience building a media brand (e.g., You Tube channel, personal brand) with 100k+ followers or millions of views.
• Experience managing a creative team and elevating content quality.
• Elite scripting skills: produce engaging hooks and long‑form narratives.
• Ad‑driven mindset: proven track record turning content into revenue or user growth.
• Fluency in French (native or bilingual) and English (working proficiency).

• Intolerant to mediocrity; obsess over details.
• Psychology‑obsessed: constantly seeks why people click, share, and feel.
• Hands‑on “doer” who can write, direct, and edit if required.
• Low ego, focus on impact, and pivot quickly when concepts fail.
