• Design and create high-quality graphics using industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
• Follow design briefs and specifications accurately
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices
• Contribute to the creative direction of the company

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
• Videography and Photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the start-up ecosystem and understanding of digital marketing
• Experience with UI/UX design (a plus)
