We are now building and expanding our Wedding Concierge
— a personalised service that helps couples find, compare, and connect with trusted venues, planners, and suppliers around the world.
We are looking for a Wedding Specialist to lead our wedding concierge service
.
You will be the person who:
- Speaks directly with couples
- Understands what they are looking for
- Matches them with the right venues, planners, and suppliers
- Makes the process feel calm, organised, and exciting
- You are not expected to plan weddings yourself
- Your role is to guide, connect, and manage the journey
- Speak with couples (email, calls, messaging) to understand their wedding vision, budget, culture, and location
- Recommend and introduce couples to trusted venues, planners, and wedding suppliers
- Manage the concierge journey from first enquiry to successful introduction
- Work with our global network of wedding professionals to ensure a great experience
- Help improve how our concierge works by refining processes and systems
- Collaborate with our internal team (content, partnerships, sales)
- Have experience in weddings, events, venues, hospitality, or luxury service
- Love working with people and solving problems
- Are organised, calm under pressure, and great at communication
- Enjoy matching people with the right solution
- Want to work in a global, creative, fast-growing business
- Care deeply about customer experience
- You do not need to be a wedding planner — but you should understand how the wedding industry works
- 3–5+ years experience in weddings, events, venues, hospitality, or client services
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence speaking with clients and partners
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries
- Comfortable working with systems, CRMs, and processes
- Work with beautiful weddings and destinations worldwide
