Overview Responsibility and Focus

The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing big ideas that can add value to clients, projects and 360-degree advertising campaigns.

The focus will be on creating visually impactful designs that align with the agency's and client's objectives and resonate with the target audience.

The role requires a proactive spirit and resourcefulness in pursuing world-class design ideas.

Main Tasks Technical & Product
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and platforms relevant to the advertising industry.
  • Utilize technical expertise and tools to create visually stunning designs that amplify the impact of 360‑degree campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Art Directors and Copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of design elements across various touchpoints.
  • Be the guardian of the brand(s) you will be responsible for, understanding and protecting their guidelines and best design practices to ensure brand consistency and quality control on every project.
  • Expert proficiency in industry‑standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • In‑depth understanding of the conceptualization and execution of big ideas within the context of 360‑degree campaigns.
  • Good‑to‑have skills: video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and the ability to create engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Proven resourcefulness and proactive attitude in exploring new design techniques and pushing creative boundaries.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to deliver projects on time.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
  • Extras that could be a differentiation:
    Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).

  • Understand the client's business goals and objectives to deliver design solutions that add value to their brands and campaigns.
  • Optimize personal workflows and understand design processes to ensure speed to market and agility without compromising quality.
  • Manage resources effectively, including time, budget, and creative assets, to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrate a high level of creativity and originality in conceptualizing big ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  • Use analytical insights and data-driven approaches to inform design decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuously explore innovative design techniques and emerging technologies to enhance the agency's creative offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop integrated campaign concepts that align visual and verbal messaging.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Exhibit resourcefulness and a proactive spirit in the pursuit of groundbreaking design ideas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven 5–8 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for 360‑degree campaigns.
