Creative Designer - India Team

This role is primarily intended for candidates based in India, as the position is part of our India development and support team. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our India-based technicalmembers and work within the team’s established workflows, time zones, and project structure.

1. Figma / UI Design (Android-Focused)

• Design complete UI screens in Figma, including wireframes,prototypes, user flows, and reusable components—ensuring full alignment with Android Material Design and modern UX standards.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, interactionpatterns, and visual guidelines while collaborating closely with developers forcorrect implementation and fast iteration based on feedback.

2. Branding, Marketing & Video Content

• Create cohesive branding materials including PowerPointdecks, company profiles, proposal documents, icons, illustrations, and templates, ensuring consistent brand identity across all assets.
• Design engaging social media creatives, event visuals,digital ads, and campaign materials; support overall marketing efforts with creative direction and high-quality visuals.
• Edit and produce marketing videos, product demos, andshort-form content—adding transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and branded animations—while repurposing videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In,and You Tube.

• Strong expertise in Figma, UI/UX fundamentals, and Android Material Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools forgraphics, presentations, and video editing.
• Strong video editing and basic motion graphics skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks while maintaining high quality and creativity.
