Designer​/Print Operator

Our client is a growing factory specializing in the design, production, and installation of high-quality window displays, retail animations, and pop-up experiences for luxury brands. Their projects require creativity, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship to meet the expectations of our discerning clientele.

They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Designer / Print Operator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality visuals for our projects.

• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create and adapt artwork for large-format printing, vinyl, and other display materials.
• Review client briefs and ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring proper resolution, color accuracy, and layout consistency.

• Operate and maintain large-format printers, cutters, and other related equipment.
• Monitor printing processes to ensure output meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment.

• Select appropriate materials and substrates for each project based on design and durability requirements.
• Assist with cutting, laminating, and assembling printed materials for displays.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality.

• Develop and document best practices for file preparation, printing, and finishing processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist in inventory management of printing supplies and materials.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs and prints meet the technical and aesthetic needs of each project.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to address revisions or technical challenges.

• Experience:
  
  Experience in graphic design and large-format printing, ideally in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Design Proficiency:
  Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with large-format printers and finishing equipment.
• Attention to Detail:
  Exceptional focus on quality, precision, and color accuracy.
• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing and design challenges effectively.
• Time Management:
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic or French are a plus.
