As our Live Streaming Technician & Videographer, you will run seamless and engaging live streaming events and will deliver efficient and clean product video editing. Your technical skills and meticulous attention to detail will ensure every event runs smoothly, making you a cornerstone of our team and contributing to the success of all our projects.

• Prepare the Live Streaming Setup (cameras, sound, lightning, Zoom, Stream Deck etc.)
• Run the Live Event (managing the sound, checking if the video stream is running smoothly, launching pre-recorded videos, creating Zoom Sub-Groups for students, giving the mic to selected students etc.)
• Be the technical voice and support for the Trainer and the Students when they’re facing difficulties with the Live.

• Copy, upload & organize rushes post-events with rigor and great attention to detail.
• Ensure the safety and archiving of a large volume of media for our multi-camera shoots.
• Synchronize each project after backup to ensure smooth workflow for the editing team.
• Deliver replays of the events to our students in a timely manner.
• Understand that mistakes can happen, and continuously document your processes to prevent them from being repeated while actively seeking solutions to encountered errors.

• Edit online training content for our students in a streamlined manner.
• Upload the videos on our LMS.
• Manage the backup and organization of our video library.

• Manage the studio’s equipment, making sure that everything is there, at the right place, to operate when needed (batteries, optics etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative ideas and solutions that can make a difference.

• You have already worked as Video Editor, Videographer, Audiovisual Technician and/or Live streaming Technician (internships or top notch school project counts as work experience).
• You are comfortable with video editing, and you get great satisfaction from getting the most out of a shooting.
• You have some knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder.

• French: native or bilingual.
• English: fluent. You can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English.

• Available to run the live events on evenings or weekends (about 2 weeks per month + 1 or 2 evenings per month, you have rest time before or after the events to compensate).
• You are living in Dubai or willing to relocate there.
