As Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll contribute to the creative engine behind our regional growth. From social posts to email campaigns, video edits to in-app visuals, you’ll help shape how the Privilee brand connects with people every day. Working across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and new regions, you’ll collaborate with a creative team that values clarity, craft, and consistency.
This role is about more than just producing assets - it’s about creating thoughtful work at pace, finding smart ways to scale content, and contributing to a brand that’s constantly evolving.

• Design and deliver marketing materials for digital channels across countries, ensuring regional relevance, brand consistency, and timely rollout across campaigns and content
• Edit short-form videos and assist with light motion design to support social, app, and campaign content
• Source, prepare, and optimise imagery in line with brand standards and platform specifications
• Maintain and improve shared templates, asset libraries, and file management systems
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to turn briefs into thoughtful, on-brand creative
• Take part in creative reviews and brainstorms, contributing to day-to-day visual problem-solving
• Support with administrative and ad hoc design tasks as needed

• Proactive in contributing ideas, not just executing tasks
• Visually aware and culturally tuned in, with good creative judgment
• Team-focused, with a strong sense of pride in the work you deliver together

• 1+ years of experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing digital-first work across social, email, and mobile formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier, Figma)
• Basic video editing and motion design skills
• Solid understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems
• Awareness of creative trends, especially in lifestyle, wellness, or fitness
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Vero, Wati, DatoCMS, Prismic, or social media scheduling tools) is an advantage.
