Position: QS / Estimation Engineer (Interior & MEP Fitout)
  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
  • Administer contracts and procurement, including evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and financial risks throughout the construction process.
  • Handle variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring cost-effective resolutions.
  • Prepare and review payment applications, progress valuations, and final accounts.
  • Provide cost analysis and value engineering recommendations to optimize project expenditures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure financial accuracy and cost control.
