Sr. QAQC Engineer - Civil Interiors & Fitouts

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. QAQC Engineer – Civil (Interiors & Fit-Outs) to strengthen our quality team and ensure superior finishing standards across our projects.

To manage and oversee all QA/QC activities related to civil finishing, interior works, and fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements for interior and fit-out works.
• Conduct inspections for civil finishing activities including drywall, false ceilings, flooring, tiling, marble, joinery, painting, waterproofing, and façade interfaces.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions for approval.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits and support third-party inspections when required.
• Monitor mock-ups and sample approvals prior to execution.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation as per ISO standards.
• Ensure snagging and de-snagging activities are completed before handover.
• Support project handover documentation and final quality certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in QA/QC within civil construction, with strong exposure to interiors and fit-out projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of finishing standards and high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
