PositionProject Manager – Technical Service

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Technical Service
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and application quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, applicators, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of paint and coating systems.
- Provide technical support on plastering, painting, coatings, concrete repair, and construction chemical systems.
- Conduct mock‑ups and deliver application training sessions to applicators and site teams.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure correct technical procedures are followed on‑site to achieve high‑quality finishes.
- Review products used on‑site and ensure no adulteration or misuse of materials.
- Handle technical complaints and provide corrective solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain daily records and reports of site inspections and technical issues.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly site inspection and technical service reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service departments.
- Initiate corrective actions based on feedback from project status meetings.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in technical customer service within paints, coatings, construction chemicals, or construction industry.
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction‑related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of paint systems, coatings applications, plastering, and finishing works.
- Experience working directly with contractors and applicators on active construction sites.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Role is onsite full‑time in the UAE and requires regular project site visits.
- Strong preference for candidates with established UAE construction market exposure.
- This is a technical service / site‑oriented role (not a planning or scheduling‑based project management role).
- Ideal for mid‑level professionals with 3–5 years of experience.
