Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in high-rise residential and mixed-use tower projects. The role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and supporting competitive bid submissions. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in high-rise construction projects in the UAE and be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Prepare tender pricing and commercial submissions
Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities - Coordinate with design, procurement, and commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects
- Proven experience in towers (G+20 and above preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local market rates and subcontractor pricing
- Proficient in estimation software and advanced Excel
- Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) – Mandatory
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
