A Dubai-based construction firm is seeking a Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement activities for civil construction projects, including high-rise buildings and villas. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement within the UAE market. Strong negotiation skills and a track record in high-rise and villa developments are essential.

The salary range is AED 9,000 – 14,000.
