Quantity Surveyor

Soiltec Piling & Foundation is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical contracting
, including piling
, shoring
, ground improvement
, and deep foundation projects
.

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Handle contract administration, including interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports.
• Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure cost control and timely reporting.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to handle business and contract-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Support procurement and commercial negotiations.

• Minimum 7 years of QS experience, with at least 2 years in geotechnical/foundation works (piling, ground anchors, shoring, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed/Certified Quantity Surveyor as per UAE regulations.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
