About the RoleTo manage post-contract commercial, cost and contract administration activities for construction and real estate projects under Dubai Holding, ensuring accurate financial control, compliance with contracts and effective commercial management throughout the project close-out phase.
Duties and responsibilities- Administer contracts (FIDIC or similar) after award
- Review and certify interim payment applications
- Evaluate and negotiate variations and claims
- Prepare cost reports and monitor budgets
- Manage final accounts and contract close-out
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract law, and procurement strategies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and industry software (e.g., CostX, Candy, AutoCAD is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
