Contract Administrator

Experienced Contract Administrator/Contracts Engineer required for Riyadh & Dammam Construction Projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance standards for a Tier One Contractor.

• Review, negotiate, and amend project contracts to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Monitor all contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and adherence to contractual terms.
• Handle the organisation and filing of all construction project records and documents.
• Resolve any contract disputes and coordinate with legal departments when necessary.
• Ensure contract renewals and extensions are processed efficiently.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contracts Engineer, or relevant role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction laws and contract language.
• Excellent letter‑writing skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management software.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
