Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction and fitout activities, ensuring the execution aligns with project plans and standards. Key tasks include delegating responsibilities to on-site staff, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining project schedules, and reporting progress to project managers.

The role requires effective problem-solving to address challenges that may arise during project execution.

• Proven experience in construction supervision, project management, and executing interior fitout projects
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems and their implementation
• Proficiency in time management, organizational, and leadership skills for managing team and resources on-site
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
• Proficiency in construction software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
