Civil Site Engineer – Job Description

Job Title:

Civil Site Engineer

Salary - 6-7k

Experience:

1–5 Years (or as required)

DL – Mandatory

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
• Check materials and ensure proper usage at site.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
• Handle site measurements and billing work.
• Resolve technical issues at the construction site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skill.
