Construction Inspector

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Inspector based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Construction Inspector will perform regular site inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications, and monitor construction activities to maintain quality standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring construction adherence to plans, overseeing the utilization of construction materials such as asphalt, and collaborating closely with project managers to resolve challenges and maintain project progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Site Inspections and thorough Inspection processes
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control procedures and practices
• Expertise in finishing materials and their application in construction projects
• Solid understanding of Construction Management and related industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in the field of construction inspection or a related discipline
