Senior Formwork Coordinatore

SUPERVISOR:
Responsible for supporting project and operational needs, ensuring work is delivered according to company standards. Coordinates with relevant teams, maintains documentation, and supports execution activities. Assists in problem‑solving and ensures compliance with safety and quality requirements.

We are looking for a Senior Formwork Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of formwork systems for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that formwork structures are installed correctly, meet safety standards, and are completed within budget and schedule.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to develop formwork plans and schedules.
• Oversee the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems on construction sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure formwork structures meet quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to formwork construction and provide solutions.
• Train and supervise formwork crews to ensure efficient and accurate installation of formwork systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in formwork coordination, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Health and safety certifications related to construction work.
