Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee our projects from conception to completion. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction specialists, coordinating and scheduling work on construction projects to ensure that requirements and goals are met optimally.

This role demands excellent leadership abilities, problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in managing various aspects of construction logistics and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of all trades and be able to oversee multiple teams effectively, ensuring high standards in both safety and quality.

• Plan and oversee construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, adhering strictly to deadlines and cost estimates.
• Prepare and negotiate the terms of agreements, draft contracts, and secure permits and licenses.
• Monitor construction progress regularly and conduct weekly project status meetings.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are followed on construction sites and address potential issues.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project efficiency and workforce productivity.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets building codes and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders and upper management.
• Foster and maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or equivalent role in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and building codes is essential.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities are required for this role.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and other relevant IT tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee and motivate project teams.
• A valid construction management certification (e.g., CCM) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed to supervise work.
