Project Manager Required for Tier 1 contractor based in Dubai. Experience in New Build Villa Construction, Commercial office and F&B projects is preferred but not essential. We will look at people making the first move over to UAE also so please get in touch. Must have proven track record in Contracting with Tier 1 companies, long term employment history showing multiple projects handed over from start to finish.
This is a great role for someone to grow in a business who supports them. Interviews in Feb and March 2026 for almost immediate start.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple work streams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in project management (10+ years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
