A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on-site, manage labor teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE, particularly on high-rise projects. A Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certificate is a plus. Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Hindi or Arabic preferred.
