Snr Project/Construction Managers - Villa Construction

Duties
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
- Oversee villa refurbishment and high-end residential fit-out works
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority approvals in Dubai
- Lead site teams and enforce health & safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings
- Manage procurement and subcontractor performance
- Experience with high-end / luxury residential projects
- Immediate availability preferred
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in Dubai construction markets
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise
- Valid UAE driving license
